Narendra Modi In taking his third oath of power as prime minister

Sunday's event at Rashtrapati Bhavan saw the swearing-in of Narendra Modi for the third time as the prime minister of the country. Modi took an oath at Rashtrapati Bhawan's garden on the ninth of June at around 7:15 p.m.

Murmu, the president, received an official notice for removal from Prime Minister Modi on Wednesday. He submitted his notice of resignation on the day  (NDA), to win the 2024 elections for legislature.

There are going to be 72 ministries in the Narendra 3.0 government. Thirty additional Cabinet Ministers, five Ministers of State with Independent Charge, and thirty-six Ministers of State comprise the team. For important cabinet posts, PM Modi kept his most senior ministers, giving NDA allies additional slots.

Leaders from around the country and beyond were among the 8,000 guests invited to the swearing-in event. Heads of state from neighboring countries, BJP leaders, opposition leaders, departing parliamentarians, present MLAs and MLCs, renowned physicians, attorneys, religious leaders, sanitation workers, and rat-hole miners were among the diverse group of guests.

In the 2024 national election, the NDA alliance secured victory with 293 seats, while the BJP secured 240 seats. However, the India Alliance got 234 seats and the Congress party gained ninety-nine seats in the general election.

There are multiple well-known figures in the Modi 3.0 Cabinet, such as Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, S. Jaishankar, and Nirmala Sitharaman Piyush Goyal and Nitin Gadkari Ashwini Vaishnaw, Pralhad Joshi, and Jyotiraditya Scindia, as well as Rijiju Kiren and Dharmendra Pradhan Giriraj Singh, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, G Kishan Reddy, Sarbananda Sonowal, and Bhupender Yadav, to name a few.

The founder of Hindustan Awam Morcha, Jitan Ram Manjhi, member of JD (S), JD (U) leader Rajiv Ranjan, commonly known as Lalan Singh, TDP MP Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, and LJP, for (Ram Vilas) chairman Chirag Paswan took oaths of office as Union ministers of Cabinet among NDA allies.
