One Country One decision charge be sent to the parliament board, PM proposed: Amit Shah

The One Country, One Decision Charge was tabled within the Lok Sabha, activating dissents from the resistance.

Union Domestic Serve Amit Shah told the Lok Sabha that the government was prepared to send the One Country One Race (ONOE) bills to a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) for a broader interview, saying it was proposed by Prime Serve Narendra Modi himself.

Shah's explanation came amid the mayhem within the Lok Sabha as Union Law Serve Arjun Smash Meghwal tabled the Structure (One Hundred and Twenty-Ninth Alteration) Charge, 2024, and the Union Domains Law (Alteration) Charge, 2024, to enable simultaneous surveys. The bills were inevitably presented within the Lok Sabha, with 269 voting in support and 198 against.

"When the One Country One Decision bills came up in Cabinet, PM Modi said this ought to be alluded to the Joint Committee of Parliament. There ought to be a nitty-gritty discourse over it at each level," said Amit Shah in Lok Sabha.

The tabling of the charge drew sharp feedback from the resistance, with pioneers like Supriya Sule from the NCP (Sharad Pawar group), Congress' Manish Tewari, Trinamool's Kalyan Banerjee, Samajwadi Party's Dharmendra Yadav, and DMK's TR Baalu driving the assault.

Congress MP Manish Tiwari contradicted the One Country One Decision charge, saying that it challenges the essential structure of the structure.

Samajwadi MP Dharmendra Yadav, on behalf of Akhilesh Yadav, restricted the charge, blaming the BJP government for forcing tyranny. He said that the charge will conclude the differing qualities of India and its government structure.

As the opposition protested the charge, Law Serve Arjun Meghwal said that "complaints to the One Country One Race charge are political in nature.".

The One Nation One Race charge tabled within the Lok Sabha on Tuesday has developed as the most recent point of dispute between the BJP and its partners and the INDIA coalition. Whereas the BJP and its partners have supported the charge, a few resistance parties, counting Congress, the Samajwadi Party, and Shiv Sena (UBT), have restricted it.

A total of 32 parties support the One Country One Race move, but 15 others contradict it. Fence sitters like Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP have also supported the enactment that would empower concurrent races to the Lok Sabha as well as state gatherings.
