Saif Ali Khan's Assailant Needed Rs 30,000 To Forge Fake Aadhaar-PAN: Cops

The Bangladeshi gatecrasher who broke into on-screen character Saif Ali Khan's domestic space and wounded him some time recently, getting away, wanted to take Rs 30,000 to induce a fake Aadhaar card and a Dish card to be made, Mumbai Police have told the court in its chargesheet.

Agreeing to the chargesheet, Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad told police that he crossed over to India with the sole objective of securing an Indian passport. He said it is simpler for an Indian national to induce work visas in remote countries than for a Bangladeshi citizen. He needed to induce Aadhaar and Skillet to begin with and after that, apply for an international ID.

Saif Ali Khan was cut several times amid a burglary endeavor at his Bandra domicile on January 16. Dying intensely from his wounds, the performing artist was hurried to Lilavati Clinic. He was released five days afterward. Police captured Shehzad in Thane three days after the assault.

Shehzad told police that he had arranged a "little burglary" that would help him get his reports made.

The Night of Assault

Shehzad has told the cops that he went to the roof of a building abutting the one in which Saif Ali Khan remained.
